The current package is designed for up to 30 guests, with flexibility. Tell me your likely numbers rather than treating that as a hard rule or assuming a larger gathering will fit unchanged. This option sits between a short legal ceremony and the fuller Bespoke Package.
What the published package includes
- An initial consultation.
- A short, simply crafted introduction about you as a couple.
- A pre-ceremony meeting in person or on Zoom.
- A full rehearsal.
- A Bose PA system.
- The legalities for your marriage.
The service guide also lists a three-part payment plan. Please confirm the current schedule and conditions directly with Bec before relying on it.
Keep the preparation personal, not complicated
Start by sharing your date, location, guest count and the feeling you want. Your pre-ceremony conversation is a chance to talk about the people involved and how the ceremony will work. At rehearsal, you can work through entrances and practical questions together.
Venue hire, photography, flowers and accommodation are not represented here as package inclusions. An intimate ceremony is not an all-inclusive elopement-planning service.

Can we write personal vows?
Bring that wish to the conversation. Ask Bec what vow support is included in the Intimate Ceremony; the fuller guidance and two revisions described for the Bespoke Package should not be assumed for this option. You can use the vow prompts to get started.
What if the guest list grows?
The published wording allows flexibility around 30 guests. Share your revised numbers with Bec so she can confirm the best fit, rather than assuming the same scope or price.
Can we have an outdoor ceremony?
Tell Bec where you are considering. Ask your venue about permission, weather alternatives, access and sound restrictions. Confirm rehearsal and travel arrangements with Bec separately.
