This notice describes the Currumbin Celebrant website and enquiry form. It is not a claim of legal compliance.
Saving your enquiry
The form accepts your name, partner name, ceremony date and time, venue or area, phone number, email address, planning stage and details. When you choose Send Inquiry, the application stores these details in the business’s private Leads register in Google Sheets. A notification containing the submitted enquiry is sent only to rebecca@currumbincelebrant.com.au from enquiries@currumbincelebrant.com.au through Bec’s authorised Google account, with your validated email address as Reply-To. No automatic reply is sent to your email address. A saved enquiry is not a confirmed booking or availability check. Avoid sensitive information.
Notification delivery can be unconfirmed after a technical interruption. The application does not automatically retry an ambiguous send. Contact Bec by phone if you need confirmation. The form confirms when the server reports the email was sent. Updating contact details or further information keeps the same record and does not send a second notification.
The application uses a short-lived secure, HTTP-only cookie to protect form submissions. It does not save form contents in browser local or session storage; your browser may independently offer autofill or restoration. Leaving the page does not submit it.
Hosting and technical requests
The website is hosted on Vercel. Loading pages, fonts, scripts and images requires requests to the hosting service. Such requests expose technical information such as an IP address, requested URL and browser headers to the service. Hosting access/security logs may process this information to deliver and protect the site. We have not verified account-specific log retention or access settings, so no retention period or no-logging promise is made here. Do not put personal details in page URLs.
Cookies, analytics and external links
On production hosts, Google Analytics 4 measures page views and enquiries only after the server confirms the notification email was sent. Google receives technical request information, including IP address and browser information, and may set first-party analytics cookies to distinguish visits. We send the public page address without query strings or fragments, not form contents, enquiry references or referring-page URLs. Advertising features, Google signals and user-provided data collection are disabled. Analytics is excluded on preview hosts and when the browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. You can also block analytics using browser controls or Google’s Analytics opt-out tools. Google processes analytics data under its privacy policy; account-specific retention and reporting access have not been verified.
There are no advertising pixels or third-party embeds. Images and fonts are served from this website’s own origin. Google reviews and Instagram tiles are static selections, not embedded live feeds. Hosting infrastructure and your browser are separate from application code.
Links to Google, Instagram, Facebook and other providers take you to services with their own data handling. Those services may receive technical information when you open them. This notice does not describe their cookies, forms or privacy practices.

The owner should periodically review this notice, confirm hosting/log access and retention and stated form recipients and providers, and document the deletion/access process and retention periods. Any additional recipient or data use requires separate approval and an updated notice.
